Shipping & Delivery

SHIPPING POLICY

All orders are shipped Monday to Friday, excluding holidays.  All weekend & holiday orders will ship the following business day.  Any questions regarding your shipment can be sent to info@steelridge.ca.

  • For in-stock items, you should expect your order to ship within 1-2 business days after your order has been placed.

  • Expected shipping times indicate when an item is expected to leave our warehouse, not when an item will arrive at its destination.

  • Our flat shipping service utilizes Canada Post Expedited Ground Delivery services.

  • Orders will be processed and shipped once credit card authorization is received.

  • International – we do not ship any product outside of Canada. For International orders, please contact us directly at info@steelridge.ca.

SHIPPING METHODS AND COSTS

  • Shipping rates include flat rate shipping using Canada Post Expedited Ground Delivery service.

  • Any subsequent returns, exchanges and associated shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.  

  • Please note: The day your order is shipped, is not an included business day.

SHIPPING - ITEM AVAILABILITY

  • For in-stock items, your order should ship within 1-2 business days depending on the season. 

  • On the rare occasion, when we are unable to fill an order, we will let you know by email or phone. The unavailable item will be removed from your order and a refund will be issued on your credit card.
