Shipping & Delivery
All orders are shipped Monday to Friday, excluding holidays. All weekend & holiday orders will ship the following business day. Any questions regarding your shipment can be sent to firstname.lastname@example.org.
For in-stock items, you should expect your order to ship within 1-2 business days after your order has been placed.
Expected shipping times indicate when an item is expected to leave our warehouse, not when an item will arrive at its destination.
Our flat shipping service utilizes Canada Post Expedited Ground Delivery services.
Orders will be processed and shipped once credit card authorization is received.
International – we do not ship any product outside of Canada. For International orders, please contact us directly at email@example.com.
SHIPPING METHODS AND COSTS
Shipping rates include flat rate shipping using Canada Post Expedited Ground Delivery service.
Any subsequent returns, exchanges and associated shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.

SHIPPING - ITEM AVAILABILITY
For in-stock items, your order should ship within 1-2 business days depending on the season.
On the rare occasion, when we are unable to fill an order, we will let you know by email or phone. The unavailable item will be removed from your order and a refund will be issued on your credit card.
