Exchange & Returns

Need to exchange or return your boots?

You have 60 days from the date of purchase to return or exchange your Steelridge order. Please email with your order number for a return authorization and we will send you a courier return form. The item must be in new, unworn condition, in the original shoe box including the protective shipping box/bag or similar protective box (otherwise the shoe box will become unusable due to the shipping labels attached). Include a copy of your invoice and/or order number in the box. In the case of a manufacturers defect please include photos of the defect in as many angles possible.

Refunds are processed within 72 hours of receipt to the original method of payment. A refund confirmation will be emailed once the refund has been issued. Please allow 5-10 business days for credit card issuer to post your refund to your account. Shipping charges will not be refunded. Final sale items are not eligible for return, exchange or credit.
