Exchange & Returns
Need to exchange or return your boots?
You have 60 days from the date of purchase to return or exchange your Steelridge order. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number for a return authorization and we will send you a courier return form. The item must be in new, unworn condition, in the original shoe box including the protective shipping box/bag or similar protective box (otherwise the shoe box will become unusable due to the shipping labels attached). Include a copy of your invoice and/or order number in the box. In the case of a manufacturers defect please include photos of the defect in as many angles possible.
Refunds are processed within 72 hours of receipt to the original method of payment. A refund confirmation will be emailed once the refund has been issued. Please allow 5-10 business days for credit card issuer to post your refund to your account. Shipping charges will not be refunded. Final sale items are not eligible for return, exchange or credit.
